If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit, or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. For returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with the tag and original packaging.
Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.
MARA MADE IN GREECE reserves the right to refuse returns that are not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
- PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product of equal or greater price.
- STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
- REFUND: Refunds will be processed within 1 working day from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, PayPal, or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
Please note, that when returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

- Within the next working day, you will receive an email confirming your returns request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
- Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit, or refund.

If you received a gift and would like to return it simply fill in the “Return/Exchange Request” form at the footer of www.maramadeingreece.com and follow all instructions about the return of your product. Alternatively, email email@example.com providing the SKU# or call customer service at +30 210 44 00 800 Monday–Friday 9.00 am-5.00 pm (CET) to further inform you how to change your gift.
Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
